LAKESIDE AT SATILLA

Lakeside at Satilla is a premier master plan located on 102 acres just north of Lillian Lee Road in east St. Cloud, FL in Osceola County’s Narcoossee submarket. It’s planned to include premium amenities (swimming pool, playgrounds, walking trails) set amongst oversized water features. At completion, Lakeside at Satilla will have more than 400 single family homesites.

 

TYSON RESERVE

Tyson Reserve is located in east St. Cloud in the Narcoossee submarket in north Osceola County. Tyson Reserve is comprised of 122 large homesites and will include an extension of the county’s trail network and framework road system.

 

BRACK RANCH

Brack Ranch includes 688 home sites on Jack Brack Road just east of Narcoossee Road in north Osceola County. Brack Ranch includes multiple amenities, horse trails, and premier open spaces surrounded by hundreds of acres of pristine wetlands in dedicated conservation easements. Brack Ranch was acquired by Stanley Martin Homes in October 2021.

Indigo Lakes is a 450 home master planned community on the shores of Lake Lucy in Groveland, FL. The community will feature amenities such as a pool, cabana, and tot lot, hilltop vistas overlooking Lake Lucy and its marsh, and many miles of walking trails and scenic overlooks.

 

LOMA Land Company partnered with Primo Development, LLC and FL Partners to acquire the rights to Meridian Parks (formerly known as the Starwood DRI) located at the SE corner of SR417 and SR528 in Orlando. Our team negotiated with the City of Orlando to entitle the 2,500 acre Meridian Parks for 4,400 homesites, 2,000 apartments, 500,000 SF of various commercial, two public schools, and various other recreational and civic uses. These approvals required annexation of the property into the City of Orlando, land use and zoning changes, and the negotiation of public/private partnership with the City coordinating and funding the construction of more than $50 million in regional roadways.

Mattamy Homes, North America’s largest private homebuilder, is currently building and selling the first phases of Meridian Parks.

 
 

LOMA, Primo, and FL Partners teamed up to create the 1,500 acre Vista Park. As part of the US Army’s WWII era Pinecastle Jeep Range, Vista Park is an extremely complicated project that demonstrates the full range of capabilities of our team. Vista Park has undergone an intense environmental remediation process over the last several years, while at the same time LOMA and the team negotiated entitlements for 3,300 homesites, 1,000 apartments, and 100,000 SF of commercial among other uses. Vista Park also includes a partnership with the City of Orlando funding the construction of over $60 million in regional roadways.
