LOMA Land Company was founded in 2015 by Central Florida homebuilding veteran Greg Clark with a mission to create amazing communities where people from all walks of life love to live, work, and play. LOMA and its principals have acquired, entitled and developed over 15,000 homesites in many of Central and Northeast Florida’s most desirable cities and towns. From highly amenitized, master planned golf communities to exclusive hamlets dotted with million dollar homes, LOMA’s experience and range of expertise covers the entire residential development spectrum.

Upon its founding, LOMA immediately partnered with Primo Development, LLC and Dublin, Ireland-based private equity firm FL Partners to bring the vision for Meridian Parks (formerly known as the Starwood DRI) and Vista Park to reality in the City of Orlando. These two master planned communities will include over 10,000 homesites (single family, townhomes, and apartments), over 500,000 square feet of commercial space, three public schools, two regional parks, and an assortment of recreational and civic uses.

Now that the initial planning stages at Meridian Parks and Vista Park are complete, LOMA Land Company is committed to growing its community portfolio throughout Central and Northeast Florida.
